For the moment, We do not have a shop keeper, so I Riona have taken it apon myself to take this position until we have one. So any soul reaper shinigami or sub-shinigami can get a free starter pack. But only one, the shop needs to stay open. Other than that, Hollows can get equipment, such as swords and new clothing. They will also gain a free starter pack if they do not know what they want for their character.
